MICE Use Cases
Five reasons to charter a yacht for your group.
The yacht is not a gimmick. It is a purpose-built environment for high-stakes group dynamics.
Executive Retreats
Anchor off an uninhabited island for the morning strategy session. Dine ashore at a family-run konoba that night. The combination of total privacy and total beauty creates a decision-making environment unlike any boardroom.
Leadership teams of 8–14
Client Entertainment
Nothing signals confidence like a private yacht on the Adriatic. Whether it's a one-day sail with key accounts or a three-day relationship-building cruise, the impression outlasts the charter.
Client groups up to 18
Team Incentive Trips
The yacht is the reward — but the island hopping, the swimming off the stern, the shared dinner under the stars is the transformation. Top performers don't forget this.
Incentive groups of 10–16
Product Launches
A private press or partner event on a charter yacht in the Adriatic creates a backdrop that no hotel ballroom can match. Announce something from a swim deck. They'll write about the venue as much as the product.
Media or partner groups up to 18
Milestone Celebrations
Company anniversary, record revenue year, IPO week — some milestones deserve an extraordinary setting. A week on the Adriatic is the kind of celebration people recount at the next company all-hands.
Any group up to 18

On Board
What actually happens out there.
Cooking on Deck
The chef sources ingredients at the morning market in port. Your team cooks together on deck — fresh seafood, local wine, no agenda. The best team dinners happen with salt air and a setting sun.
Strategy Sessions in the Salon
The main salon converts into a meeting room for 12–18 in minutes. Satellite-connected, properly lit, with a display screen. The Adriatic outside makes the difficult conversations easier.
Wine Tastings at Anchor
We bring a local producer on board — sometimes a winemaker from Vis or Korčula, sometimes an olive oil producer from Brač. A proper tasting at anchor while the islands drift past.
Swimming Stops
The swim platform isn't a feature. It's a philosophy. Swim off the stern, dry in the sun, return to work. The Adriatic is the best reset your team will ever use.
Island Village Visits
The CDV team has relationships in villages that don't appear on tourist maps. Private lunches with local families. A stone farmhouse kitchen. A winery that doesn't take bookings — unless you're with us.
What happens when you put your team on the Adriatic.
“We've done yacht charters before. What CDV added was the land side — the producers, the village dinners, the access. The boat was beautiful but it was the people we met ashore that made it extraordinary.”— Managing Director, PE-backed Portfolio Co.
“Twelve of us, four days on the Adriatic. The strategy we built in the salon and the relationships we rebuilt on the swim platform were both real. The best off-site we've ever done.”— Chief Operating Officer, Global Tech Firm
“The Vis dinner in the bunker. The Mljet kayak. The cooking lesson on Hvar. I can name every day. Try doing that with a hotel conference.”— VP Engineering, Series D Software Company
